The Effect of Methanol Concentration on the Extraction of Moringa Leaf (Moringa oleifera) and Papaya Fruit (Carica papaya) on Elastase and Hyaluronidase Installing Activities

Abstract
 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: Β-carotene, flavonoids and phenolic compounds found in methanol extracts of Moringa leaves papaya fruit have high antioxidant activity so that they can be used for antiaging. The concentration solvent is a factor will affect the levels active ingredients extract. This study aims to determine effect derived from extraction on inhibitory elastase hyaluronidase enzymes.
 AIM Knowing best 50, 70, 96% leaf (Moringa oleifera) (Carica papaya) as antiaging agents through inhibition METHODOLOGY: In this variations 50%, 70%, were fruit. extract was obtained by maceration method which then tested enzyme using ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay).
